They are more than great: they are perfect! As a IT technician/administrator, I did search for 2nd hand/refurbished equipment with a decent price. It is very difficult in Belgium to find that kind of service... Until I found them, 4 purchases in a month (at very decent price), delays & expedition costs are OK! Quality, packaging at it's top! Keep going folks, will recommend you to my friends/colleagues! I hope that your networking section will someday expand (ie: other brands/firewalls).... I bought several hardware, servers and laptops; even all refurbished they are like new and still working fine years after. The packaging is awesome, your parcel will arrive in one piece and secure whatever you order (maybe not with some delivery companies). I'm not in UK and all arrived quickly with nothing broken. The people from BH are very helpful, will answer all your questions, and they will do their best to help you. In addition, last but not least, the prices they have are very interesting too. Unbelievable great services :) and fabulous support from Jack, you're a great guy man, thanks. I bought a few servers at like 15~25% the market price, looking like new. I had to put my own SSDs and worked perfectly, just like new. Wish you nothing but the best, keep it up. Also I attached a photo with the new establishment, it is not yet fully finnished but you may see the servers there.

Very quick shipping, items arrive very well packaged, clean and in great state, all for incredibly competitive prices. I'm all about environment sustainability and this guys make it accessible and at a quality I've seen only at Bargain Hardware. Also, I cannot stress enough the quality of the customer service, had an issue with a switch after a few months from purchase, their warranty covered all expenses (I covered only import fees to the EU), all with the friendliest of communications. Amazing customer support and great hardware! I bought a HP DL 380 G6 from them it works great but sadly enof the ram was put in the wrong slots their customer support guided me trough and helped me to put in the right slot. Outstanding and rare customer support. I am so grateful to Ben at Bargain Hardware for his instant resolution of my problem. He emailed me at 8am in the morning having resolved it! I had been up all night worrying as it was a mistake of mine but he sorted it quickly and effortlessly and with great humour. I cannot rate this company enough. These days it seems to be a huge deal if something goes wrong (it was my fault not theirs) but there were no questions asked, Ben just organised everything.
